Study of landscape proposals in the Hlinsko near Přerov Cadastral Area
Špaček, Stanislav ; Holomek, Michal (referee) ; Paseka, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the area of interest, the municipality Hlinsko, to define the decisive factors determining the flood hazard of the intravillage of the municipality, to determine the critical points and the corresponding critical profiles, to define the erosion assessment areas and to define the erosion hazard on them. Subsequently, propose erosion protection organisational, agrotechnical and technical measures and appropriate erosion protection seeding practices. In the introductory part of the work, the existing knowledge on the subject and the procedures for determining the surface runoff values and the erosion hazard rate were defined. Subsequently, an analysis of the study site was prepared and in the final part suitable water management and erosion control measures were proposed.

Design of erosion and flood control measures contributing to water retention increasing in the landscape
Krátký, Jindřich ; Uhrová,, Jana (referee) ; Sobotková, Veronika (advisor)
The introduction of this bachelor’s thesis is focused on analyzing the territory of interest – the cadastral area of the municipality of Vevčice in the South Moravian Region of Czechia. Using ArcMap, USLE2D and DesQ-MaxQ software, the erosion and runoff conditions are evaluated, including the determination of the so-called critical profiles, where the concentrated surface runoff and sediments are currently posing a threat to the built-up area. On the basis of the analyses carried out, erosion and flood control measures have been designed. The measures should ensure the reduction of the average soil loss on agricultural land to permissible values, minimization of peak flows and protection of the inhabitants of Vevčice and their properties. Concurrently, the measures should contribute to water retention in the landscape. Furthermore, locations where the construction of small waterbodies such as a small reservoir, pond or wetland could be considered in the future, positively impacting the retention capacity of the local landscape, have been identified in the area of concern.

Multimedia data transmission in mobile networks and assurence of QoS
Bortel, Martin ; Novotný, Vít (referee) ; Havelka, Dušan (advisor)
In Bachelor’s Thesis - Multimedia Data Transmission over Mobile Networks and assurance of QoS basic characteristics of UMTS network are described. At the beginning of the thesis types of data and their properties are explained. Then the attention is paid to data transfers through the network and assurance of QoS. The principle of OSI model, function of RLC protocol and types of QoS classes are mentioned in this section. PDP Contexts and their application in the network are pointed out. At the end of the theoretical part the structure of network is described and the functionality of its parts is depicted. Closure of the thesis is focused on the simulations of UMTS network model in OPNET Modeler environment.

Evaluation of erosion and runoff conditions in the Fryšávka basin
Špaček, Ondřej ; Kulihová, Martina (referee) ; Sobotková, Veronika (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the erosion and runoff conditions in the basin of the Fryšávka river. The objective of the thesis is the analysis of the soil loss, identification of critical points and profiles, determination of their characteristics and overall assessment of the vulnerability of cadastral territories. Analyses were carried out according to the applicable methodologies, with the use of programs ArcGIS, USLE2D and DesQ-MaxQ. In the assessed territory has been identified 6 critical points and 31 critical profiles. In twenty of them was carried out the calculation of flow rates. The calculated data was complemented by field research and photo documentation. From the evaluated data of the erosion and runoff conditions was made a ranking of the vulnerability. At the conclusion of the thesis are recommended the most vulnerable cadastral territories for further analyses and design of soil and water conservation measures which would mitigate the negative consequences of the identified unfavourable conditions.
